The work that was done was fine. I was disappointed to learn the part needed to fix my heated seat was obsolete. That had nothing to do with your service.

InMOTION is my go to place since moving to Lincoln! Their customer service is top of the line! I've never had an issue with them and feel they have gone above and beyond my expectations! Just recently I had a flat tire and was able to get over to the shop, however they were slammed for the day. The parking lot was full per usual but John still managed to get my car in and get my tire patched without any issues! Thank you guys for going above and beyond every time!
