I ha ve been bringing my vehicle to InMotion for a few years now. The professional yet personal attention is so hard to find in todays world. They have given me great advise with competitive prices. When I have stopped in for little things, your managers have taken the time to listen to my concern and act. It is a pleasure to do business with InMotion. Even when the bill is hefty.

The positive is they loaned me a vehicle to use while my truck was in the shop. Paid $800 for a front brake job and a new battery. The old battery apparently went bad while it was at their shop?

Friendly faces and great service. I have never had a problem they couldn't fix.

In my case Sherri lined up a tow service and made sure that my truck got to their shop. They analyzed the problem and informed me what was needed to fix it. They set a time frame and price and provided exactly what was promised. These are the only people I trust to service my vehicles. I only gave them 5 stars because that was all that was allowed, but they deserve many more.

The only complaint I have is, I asked for my tires to be rotated as well as the oil changed. The tire rotation was not done. I didn't notice until I looked at my bill. Need to make sure the guys who run the front, repeat what needs to he done. Otherwise the service was great.

Couldn’t be happier with the amazing customer service and honesty I received at inMotion. From the phone call to schedule an appointment as a first time customer, to the friendliness of the entire staff, as well as their honesty about the issue I was having with my vehicle. Thankfully, my issue turned out to be something much simpler than I had thought, and I’m glad I know what it is now due to the honesty and hard work of the staff. They are quite reasonable with their prices, and they make sure to answer all of your questions, as well as make sure that you know everything about your vehicle and what may need to be worked on in the future. They even send you a report of your inspection via email or text! It’s very hard to trust mechanics sometimes, but the staff at inMotion aren’t crooked mechanics, they’re honest and hardworking people. I’m very satisfied with my visit. I’ll be a customer to inMotion as long as I live in Lincoln, and I’d recommend anyone to go to them.
