There are really no words that can describe the level of service and customer care that these folks strive to achieve everyday. In my case Sherri lined up a tow service and made sure that my truck got to their shop. They analyzed the problem and informed me what was needed to fix it. They set a time frame and price and provided exactly what was promised. These are the only people I trust to service my vehicles. I only gave them 5 stars because that was all that was allowed, but they deserve many more.

The only complaint I have is, I asked for my tires to be rotated as well as the oil changed. The tire rotation was not done. I didn't notice until I looked at my bill. Need to make sure the guys who run the front, repeat what needs to he done. Otherwise the service was great.

Couldn’t be happier with the amazing customer service and honesty I received at inMotion. From the phone call to schedule an appointment as a first time customer, to the friendliness of the entire staff, as well as their honesty about the issue I was having with my vehicle. Thankfully, my issue turned out to be something much simpler than I had thought, and I’m glad I know what it is now due to the honesty and hard work of the staff. They are quite reasonable with their prices, and they make sure to answer all of your questions, as well as make sure that you know everything about your vehicle and what may need to be worked on in the future. They even send you a report of your inspection via email or text! It’s very hard to trust mechanics sometimes, but the staff at inMotion aren’t crooked mechanics, they’re honest and hardworking people. I’m very satisfied with my visit. I’ll be a customer to inMotion as long as I live in Lincoln, and I’d recommend anyone to go to them.

By far the best experience I’ve had with an auto repair shop. Everyone was very professional, and it was clearly communicated what was needed and what was optional for repairs. I received a text to link to their findings and was able to make my decisions based on that. They did repairs on my daughters vehicle, and since I live out of town it’s good to know that there is a good shop for her to use—one that is honest, fair, and that she can trust!!

Great customer service and communication. Job was done right. The bad news?...it's on the pricey side.

I’ve been taking mr cars to in Motion since their very beginning and will continue to do so. They are very thorough in their diagnosis, fair in their pricing and get an A grade for the quality of service. I’ve never given anyone a 5, because there’s always room for improvement in any business, but these guys get a strong 4.
