The technician left grease marks on the seat and also snagged the cloth.

Jody, I'm so sorry that happened, that's not at all how we normally do business! Please stop by the shop so we can get that cleaned up and see what needs to happen to correct or replace the seat snag. Thanks for letting us know so we can correct our mistake! Sherri

I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door and helped immediately. They offered to take me home or said I could wait...I decided to walk to Kohl's and shop for a little while. They called me about an hour later and said my car was ready!! I walked back, paid my bill, and was on my way. What a great company to do business with, I will definitely be back!!

From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with warm friendly staff. They are very upfront about every cost I can expect and help me plan for future repairs in the future to keep my car in good condition, which is absolutely necessary when I use it for work
