Great service from the time I called to the time I left!! Chris was very helpful and didn't bat an eye at my specific requests. And the waiting area is wonderful!! Very professional staff, very detailed report, and overall great experience. Not like a normal auto shop, in the best ways possible!!

This is my first time using InMotion and I am very pleased with the experience. They kept me up to date on the inspection results at every stage as they tried to determine the source of my car not starting. They were up front from the start about all costs involved for various repair options and what the best choice would be in the long run. They thoroughly explained finance options as well since car repairs are never cheap and we haven't won the lottery yet. The best bonus they offer is their loaner cars; I have no alternate way to get around and this was very helpful and a deciding factor in choosing In-Motion, plus they are very close to home for us.

They mounted and balanced my tires in the timeframe I requested and the courtesy driver drove me back and forth so I could continue my day without having to sit and wait! Great service and friendly staff!
