I continue to receive high quality service from this store. I took my car in for an oil change and to inspect an unsettling sound in the back. They replaced my rear rotors and pads. The sound is gone, and the car brakes noticeably better. What I appreciated the most was that the staff was transparent about the price. This, combined with other work, was not cheap. But they gave me all of the information I needed in order to make an educated decision about whether or not to move forward with the repair and other routine maintenance. The price of the job was competative (albeit slightly higher) than other quoted I’ve had from other mechanics. But I went forward with these guys because 1) they’ve done high quality work in the past 2) they’ve chosen not to charge me in the past for things I was expecting to pay for and 3) even though the brake repair was more expensive than a quote I had for the same work somewhere else, that quote was three years ago and on a different car ... this price was higher, but acceceptably so considering those variables.

I loved the photos showing the filters and why they needed replaced. Fast service , friendly people . And Thank you for vacuuming my front floors.
