Repair cost seem to be escalating! This Enclave has 80k miles. We have spent $5000+ on it the last 2 years. I am a proponent of maintaining a vehicle so I try to have suggested maintenance performed. How about after a certain amount of work, a free future maintenance appt, a couple of car washes.... something to soften the blow of the repair. Just a thought.

Vehicle repair, plumbing repairs, HVAC repairs etc nothing is going down in cost, that's for sure! We try to give our customers the most value for their repair dollar using premium parts, offering 5 year 50,000 mile repair warranty, free digital inspections at every visit and no cost loaner vehicles if you happen to need one. We also offer a diagnostic guarantee, if we recommend a repair after we have run our testing and analysis procedures and it doesn't fix your problem, you don't pay for that repair. We do like the idea of a bonus for doing business with us, we'll have to look more in-depth into that. Keep the great ideas coming, we'll keep you in the loop!! Thanks Steve and Barb!

From the moment I walked in the door, your guys were very kind and helpful. The waiting area is gorgeous, with coffee, popcorn, donuts (that morning), and plenty of current magazines to help pass the time; and the restroom was immaculate. My car was given a complete check-up, which was fully explained to me with pictures to document what I was being told. That you were able to take care of the critical issues right then was great. The goodie bag left in my car was a fun surprise! Thank you for making something I was dreading a pleasurable experience. We will be back!

Don't go anywhere else! This business from the start made me feel like part of the family. I live in another state and didn't know anyone here but was recommended to call inMOTION Auto Care where my vehicle broke down. Hesitant as anyone would be not knowing anything about them and at the mercy of them to fix the vehicle for a fair price and correctly to get me back on the road I took the chance and extremely happy I did! From the start I felt welcomed and was taken care of above and beyond anyone's expectations from a courtesy shuttle pickup to receiving a loaner car for free. They provided a complete customer care service that can't be matched in my opinion. They were honest, compassionate and provided the service at a great price. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any auto service for their vehicles.
