I've been going to InMotion for a few years now. I almost feel like I'm part of the family. They always greet me with a smile and a familiar, 'how are ya?' They never give me the run around about what's wrong with my car. They always make sure I'm comfortable moving forward before making any changes. They have made some great improvement too. The shuttle service they offer is much appreciated. On this last visit, they were able to give me a loaner vehicle until they could look at my vehicle. Overall, it's a great place that's run and operated by great people.

Everyone working is courteous and helpful and they don’t pressure you or make you feel stupid about your lack of awareness when it comes to your vehicle. I have asked them to look at things like tire rotations, and they will tell you if it doesn’t need it instead of just doing the service anyway. I really like their honesty. I will continue being loyal and I recommend them completely.

Car trouble is the worst! So when the alternator on my van went out, I didn’t know who to call. I got referred to Inmotion auto care. I called and Chris listened to my concerns, and got me in the same day! Even my four year old was impressed with the customer service (that says a lot). Thank you for the best customer service, I have ever had with an automotive company! Thank you!!
