Most excellent service...for this old gal.

This place is great!! I had my own service advisor, his name was Chris. I had called just wanting a fuel filter change. Of course they like to check things out before they replace them. But we thought we knew what it was wrong. So we just asked for to be changed if that was not the problem we would not hold them responsible. My experience here was great I will definitely come back whether it's an oil change or even car repair. I'm not big on new car repair companies. But this place definitely treat you like your number one!!

I have been taking both my cars to in motion for 6 months and I am satisfied with their service. They finish the work quickly and always make it convenient for me to pickup my car. They are also friendly every time I go in. They also do very thorough inspections that help me know about potential problems that could arise.

We just moved back to Lincoln after spending the last 10 years in Colorado. Our Lexus needed an oil change and tire rotation. After hearing positive comments from friends and co-workers, we decided to try inMotion. My phone call yesterday morning with Felix was a wonderful start. He was very cordial, respectful, and knowledgeable. Felix was able to schedule me in that very day. Jared greeted me with a smile when I walked in, offered me bottled water and popcorn, and gave me a time estimate of one hour to finish the work on my car. The Lexus was finished in exactly one hour. I spent that time sitting in their clean and well-decorated reception area. The cost to change the oil and rotate the tires was significantly less than we were used to spending in Colorado. The price also included a full inspection and vacuuming. We will definitely be using inMotion for all of our car care needs.

I was really impressed by the service and how polite they were. I was notified by email and text what was going on with my car. Updating me. The fees were fair. I would go back there for sure.
