Excellent. We had a routine oil change done on my teen daughter's car. Brian was so professional and kind to my daughter and me. He explained everything fully including anticipated cost. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. All the personnel were friendly and seemed to really enjoy their work. The inspection done revealed the tires should be rotated, this was done after checking with us...they were very quick and efficient.Jared (I think) worked on my daughter's car and was so nice to us. We were surprised to find a fun little treat left in the car for us!!Overall, this was best experience I have ever had with any automobile shop, from beginning to end.It was to be a learning experience for my daughter for her future adulthood, inMOTION set the bar pretty high.

InMOTION has provided great customer service. They were tremendously understanding and flexible when I had to reschedule my appointment multiple times due to unexpected changes in my schedule. The guys got my car in last minute on a Friday afternoon/ night. They didn't appear impatient when my vehicle's issues resulted in needing a part delivered. I was so thankful for their calm and sincere attitudes!

Love they have shuttle bus to get you to work. Very professional and emailed me detailed information and pictures of repairs needed.
