These have to be fake reviews, we fell for it. Had son take car in for alternator replacement on 2010 Rav 4, he is in college and I'm out of town..$847. Another shop up the street will do it for $425. They screwed around with the spark plugs for some reason, completely unrelated to the issue. Google needs to do a better job blocking fake reviews... now I see most of them have only ever left 1 review.
Brian thanks for your review. Our estimate of $847 includes testing to figure out what is wrong, an alternator with a 5 year/50k mile labor warranty and a lifetime part warranty, a new belt, and all taxes/fees. I dont know what the other shop quoted you, but it sounds very likely that they did not quote you for testing or for a new belt. And I'm also guessing that their warranty on the repairs does not compare to ours. We did a vehicle inspection as a courtesy to you so that you know as much as possible about your vehicle. Part of that free inspection is checking the condition of the spark plugs. We want our customers to have as much knowledge as possible about the condition of their vehicles so that they can make the most informed decision as possible. We also use premium parts because we feel that quality is more important then price. I hope you find a shop that fits your needs better.
