InMOTION has provided great customer service. They were tremendously understanding and flexible when I had to reschedule my appointment multiple times due to unexpected changes in my schedule. The guys got my car in last minute on a Friday afternoon/ night. They didn't appear impatient when my vehicle's issues resulted in needing a part delivered. I was so thankful for their calm and sincere attitudes!

Love they have shuttle bus to get you to work. Very professional and emailed me detailed information and pictures of repairs needed.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They explained what the report found when I had an oil change done there. They did not pressure me into doing anything extra to my truck, just pointed out some suggestions they found when doing the inspection. This is why I chose to have inMotion perform the service of changing the fluid in my differentials along with a transmission flush on my truck because they did not force anything on me like some other shops have done in the past.

Jarrod, if the spelling is correct, helped me with all my decisions, and solutions, to what work was required on my vehicle. I commend him on his knowledge and courteous behavior and consider him the best. All problems were solved and have already noticed better engine performance and milage.

Needed worn belt replaced. Able to get car in following day as requested Waited, they were finished in the 30-40 min time as quoted.

Very friendly and up front on repair costs. Kept in touch with me as repairs progressed.

They were all very nice and helpful. Very thorough explaining everything needed to be done. The work was done on time and they even were a little late getting home since I got there a few minutes after closing.
