Lincoln auto repair

This was not my first visit to InMotion. it is wonderful to walk in their doors and be greeted by smiles and hellos. then we move to the business at hand--the quirks of my car and they listen, ask questions and listen again. Negativity doesn't exist there. My input is valued. All this happens at the front service desk. My car hasn't even had its hood opened .Information I gave is included in the work order. InMotion found a plethora of off issues missed by old shop. When staff call me they are prepared with the list of repairs needed, the cost, and if the cost of repairs is high they are willing and prepared to prioritize the work. Last, prepared with the info, the shop guys gave their turn. Then their info is added to the work order and In Motion calls me. together we go through what the car needs,my cost, and the priority of work required .I am important there, I matter to InMotoin, I'm grateful a co-worker recommended their shop.And the quality of ttheir work?? Spot on.

always great....the next day i had a big puddle of oil under my 16000 mile car..0n closer inspection,I found all the oil was on top of a cross member that was not wiped clean,,,,simple mistake ,,I've done it too,,------other than that we love you guys,,

Very courteous, very thorough with everything. They actually used email to communicate as well! It's nice having an auto mechanic feel like they are in the 21st century.I didn't bother comparing prices, I just liked the "vibe" and overall level of competence and service I received from InMotion.

I continue to use inMotion for my automotive maintenance as well as larger ticket items. I appreciate their integrity, quick response time, organized set up (with printouts to plan for future expenses), clear communication, the approval process they follow for work to be done and the atmosphere in the waiting room. I have never had a negative experience at inMotion and I've been taking my vehicle to them for several years now. The staff are truly top notch! Thanks Henry and Jared for ensuring my last experience with your company was seamless from scheduling the appointment to picking up my vehicle.

Excellent work, friendly service, warm and clean environment (you actually want to hang out there) and honest estimates. What more can you ask from an auto care place? How about awesome owners? Yup they got that too.

Every thing was done quickly and efficiently. All of my questions were answered and there was no pressure to do more services than I wanted to take care of on the appointment.

At inMotion I can be sure that I am being told the truth! Jared is always upfront with me about what needs fixed, what will need fixed and what not to worry about. I had an issue with my vehicle that I had another place "fix" for me. It still didn't work. I took it to Jared and he showed me that it worked fine and how to use it. No charge - unlike the other place that pretended to fix it. Also, their staff is A1 from the techs to the courtesy drivers.
