You can call anytime and bring your car in a timely manner and either wait in the lobby or get a ride home. Have been very pleased with their service for many years. The absolute best group to work with regarding anything automotive. My first experience with them was after buying a car, I took it to them to change some fluids and they uncovered quite a few issues that the dealer did not tell us about. They printed out these issues, explained them to me, and told me what I should expect the dealer to fix. From then on they have had my business. They are a great crew with honest and good-natured team members. 5*!
