Having brake pad replacements being major genesis for my appt. I can highly recommend this auto service business. Not just for nice new ambiance ; clean waiting room with all comfort touches, TV / coffee & water station. But acknowledged upon arrival, communicated reason for appt. & told correctly how long wait might be to complete job. Nothing was done outside of scheduled problem until a phone call with details re: additional issues found, effect on performance, and cost. I felt no pressure while being informed. Information given to me was combination of computerized technical equipment and assessment from trained, long term technicians.Being recommended by another auto business in town, (this not being his specialty) I was pleasantly surprised by the individual attention, & willingness to work with seniors on fixed incomes. Sherri is the manager and I felt like she managed all my questions & requests professionally. As did the technicians. Forgot one more thing. With both appt's I was scheduled within reasonably amt. of time. But do feel if I was having an emergency, or left without a vehicle when I really needed one, they would get my work order in, immediatelyBetsy J Hall
