My battery died a short distance from the shop. Jared greeted me with a smile and treated me like he had known me for a long time. Caleb was nice enough to walk down to my car and jump it for me. He then tested my battery and gave me his opinion on what I should do. Even though I felt silly about having my battery die, he was very nice and professional. They got me set up with a new battery and I was on my way within 20 minutes. Great professional atmosphere and the guys were all super nice.

You did a great job checking the car out for me but you missed the broken left front strut spring that rubbed the tire every time you turned. That is were the noise came from.
