I was surprised to find out my car needed so many repairs, but I was always kept in the loop and was always given the choice as to what work I wanted to be completed as well as any delays. Chris was great to work with and Sherry and Jared are always friendly and professional. The courtesy van driver does a great job in getting customers to and from work. Staff was kind, polite, and knowledgeable. The work was performed quickly and comfortable seating area was available as I waited. I especially appreciated the pictures taken of the areas of my vehicle that needed repair and the colored visuals showing the promptness of care needed.
