The entire team at inMOTION Auto Care are so kind and helpful. They will not do anything to your car without permission. Not having an Acura dealership in Lincoln, I'm so glad I found inMOTION Auto Care.

My vehicle broke down on the interstate so I had to choose somewhere close to have my car towed to so I chose inMOTION auto. Nobody likes when they have to take their car to the shop but Jared and his team make the whole process a breeze! I love the updates they sent as well as the full report including pictures of their findings. They even set up transportation for me while my car was there. Wonderful experience! Will return in the future!

What I needed done was not covered by my warranty. So I had to go a different direction. But the customer service that I received from Jared over the phone and Jacey in person was great!! Both were very plesent. I will be back.

My husband and I had our car in here recently. We really enjoyed that they will come and pick up your vehicle so we didn't have to leave home to drop the car off at the shop or figure out how to get ourselves (and our baby) back home afterward. Super convenient. We made our appointment online and they were really good at communication with my husband about the appointment and everything they found while doing an inspection. We had them change the oil, rotate the tires, and change the air filters. They did find a few things that we'll need to have done coming up and we appreciated their thorough report with all the findings and pictures. We will definitely inMotion again when we need more repairs on our car.

Amazing service. Did everything to find where the transmission leak was and fixed it! Loaner suv was helpful getting our kids to and from daycare while our van was there.
