Jared McPike has been the service manager that has helped me with several different trips into the shop. I have also met some techs. Everyone here is very professional and will go the extra mile to help with whatever they can.

I've been a customer of inMOTION for about 3 years. Initially I took my car there because the shop was close to where I live. Now I take my cars there because they do good work and are honest. In 1964 my father bought the VW-Audi-Subaru dealership in Lincoln. I spent my summers working in every department from wash boy to General Manager. A couple year ago I took my F150 4x4 to inMOTION for a 60k service. The mechanic that worked on my truck gave it a thorough inspection and noticed a leak in the rear differential housing. The cast iron housing where the fill plug is located was cracked. I asked Jared, the shop manager, if tightening the fill plug could have caused the crack. He said it could but it would require a bit of torque. Since there was no sign of an impact and they were the only ones who had worked on the truck, Jared offered to cover the entire cost of replacing the cracked differential housing. I told him that implied that they were 100% to blame for the crack. I suggested splitting the bill 50/50 since neither of us knew for a fact how the case got cracked. We agreed to the split and I'm still a very satisfied customer.
