I had a transmission issue that was repaired last year. Another issue arose recently and InMotion stood behind their initial repair and took care of it. I feel this is very rare in my experience and will not hesitate to recommend InMotion for my furute vehicle repairs and maintenance and to recommend them to friends and family. Take information with a grain of salt. They ran a quick diagnostics (not a full diagnostic panel) and reported error codes P0170 and P0101 on my Toyota camry. They told me it was safe to drive home (45 minutes) but said to get it fixed quickly. I stalled out on a busy street (N 84th) at rush hour time less than 1 minute from their shop immediately after departing from receiving the diagnostic code. Clearly.... it was NOT safe to drive.

Hello Audrey, I just want to say I'm very sorry for that happening. Our advisor made an incorrect judgement call on telling you it was safe to drive by just going by the codes that came off the car. I have spoken to them and they agree we need to get the cars in for true testing instead of going off of just a code scan so we will be focusing on that in our process. Once again, my sincere apologies and please call me if there is anything at all I can do to help or rectify the situation. -Chris
