Took a used vehicle to inMotion for a vehicle inspection prior to purchasing. The staff was kind and professional when booking the appointment. Great communication regarding the upcoming appointment. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. The report provided was detailed and made available as a hard copy and online. If I were from Lincoln, I would definitely use their services for any vehicle needs.

At every step of this experience each member of the inMotion team demonstrated communication, concern, caring, ability, and the highest regard for honest customer service. Telling a customer that unforseen problems exist (which almost always involves more money than what may have been anticipated) is never easy. My pre-examination estimates were exceeded by a substantial amount. Nevertheless, the problems were identified, explained, and options provided. The decisions were always mine to make. There was no 'hardball' attitude or any pressure applied. The work was accomplished in a timely manner. The cost was fair and explained in detail. Finding any business that meets 'trustworthy' standards is a rare commodity. I am fortunate to have found automobile service that can be relied on and recommended to everyone. Thank you!!

The crew at InMotion is absolutely amazing! They got in car in and out quickly and communicated very well. I got a full report back, and was able to fix my issues. They are a little pricier, but it was worth it to make sure my car was road ready

They picked up my vehicle. Took it in for service. Contacted me with updates; then brought the vehicle back to my house. I appreciate the extra effort it took for them to get my vehicle to their service location.
