Excellent job of promptly identifying and summarizing the issues. They were helpful in prioritizing and not upselling any additional services. I appreciated the conversation about what was a worthwhile investment and making sure the care was in good condition. Great team. Somewhat cautious with this establishment as the week before during free inspection that comes with oil change, they refused to release my vehicle for safety reasons. That in itself was fine but the number of diagnosis fees for various issues were assessed and the reason I took the vehicle in the first place was still not resolved due to a third diagnostic fee of $150 that I did not want to pay. These fees are not credited toward repairs either. This vehicle again in for oil change/inspection they found safety issues but instead of refusing to release it had me sign a waiver. Again, I specifically asked that an item be checked as part of this (the battery) and the mechanic failed to find it in the trunk. Unsure if I will go back even though the service rep Bailey is excellent at her job. She noticed that I was in due to a mailing but since I didn’t have the discount postcard could not apply it? Overall, too many upsells on two visits now and not taking care of known concerns on first visits.

Every one is great. I was handled with courtesy and professionally. Repair work was done in a timely fashion. The cost wasso much less than the dealers. And I was educated about my car , what was going on and who things work. Excellent experience

Had an excellent experience with John at inMOTION. I was gifted an older SUV which, I discovered, was having battery problems. I had it towed to inMOTION based both on the number of positive reviews and on proximity to me. John and his team were very helpful. They discovered a number of other issues with the SUV, a few serious. John was very forthright. In response to my question on which of the issues were really pressing, he took a moment to think about it, and responded (paraphrased), "If it were my car, I would definitely do A and B, and I would also get C done just because it's so cheap to do, but I wouldn't necessarily feel the need to do D and E at this time." The honesty was huge for me. I will be going to inMOTION as much as possible for my car maintenance needs. Thanks John and team!
