In Motion Auto Care was very professional. They came and picked up my car, changed the oil, and performed an extensive inspection, wrote me a detailed report of things i should get done to the car and an estimated price if I decide to use them to complete it. I got $5 off for booking on line. This oil change was $6 cheaper than when i went to Jiffy Lube last year. Picking up and dropping off the car is what sold me on In Motion because I have a medically frail child and elderly parents who can’t go out or help me get the car to/from places.

Had an issue with gas guage. They figured it out and kept me in the loop during the diagnostic process. Great customer experience.

Terrible, terrible communication. I tried to get my car checked out here, but I couldn't seem to manage it. When I called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment, I was told to just come in. When I came in, I was told I needed an appointment. I made the appointment for a couple days later and on the day, I got a call telling me it was too late in the day and I needed a new appointment. The time I needed to be in by was never mentioned to me. If ever I was just told the correct information before I needed it, I would have just done it. Instead I got a run around that has left me frustrated.
