Fantastic service!!! Absolutely everyone I encountered - Jared, Kaleb, Henry (mechanic) - everyone was EXCEPTIONAL! I’m currently unemployed and found myself really wanting to work there (if you’re hiring - you have my number - I’d be happy to send my resume!!!). Absolutely excellent all-around! Even worked with me on getting a loaner (I named him Bill). The entire process was outstanding! The absolute ONLY negative thing I experienced was pricing. I’ve lived in Lincoln my entire life and know I could have had all of this done for MUCH cheaper. BUT - that would have taken several different appointments at various shops. I also think and believe that the “diagnostic fees” should be waived if a customer moves forward with having the repairs done in shop. That’s usually the etiquette that’s offered with any other shop - so it was very upsetting that I paid $100 in diagnostic fees after I still had all the work done with YOU. I have family who worked with you previously and was told that you waive the diagnostic fees IF the work is then done with you. So, that was disappointing - especially since that’s a courtesy that most other shops offer. That all said - your staff and my entire experience was truly outstanding! So, THANK YOU!
