My truck is 20 years old (2001 Toyota Tacoma) and required major repairs. I took it to inMotion Auto Care to do an assessment of its issues. An assessment was quickly done and the work that was needed was done in just a few days. During which time they provided me with a loaner car free of charge. The final charges were considerably less than I anticipated and my Tacoma is running like new! I want to particularly thank Jacey a customer service representative at inMotion for keeping me fully informed on the progress of the repairs on my Tacoma.

I started going here a few years ago. They were the only place in town that was willing to do an oil change with a temporary plug. And the service is too notch. Reccomend In Motion to anyone.

Fast service, very kind people. Always send me a text to ask how my car is running and after a few days of them working on it ask if everything was fixed properly. Good pricing (at least compared to the dealership I bought my car) and they don’t pressure you to get other things fixed when it really doesn’t need it.

Their diagnostics are excellent. They reported every detail and called when they were ready for the next steps. I was provided a loaner at no cost and the work was excellent. The receipt traces every detail about the service and other issues found in the inspection. If you have a stubborn problem with your vehicle or the dealer can't fix it, then this is the place to go.

I was on a cross country trip when it became clear I could not continue home without getting my vehicle repaired. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Jared. I explained the situation and he told me to come over right away and they would be able to take care of the issue and get us back on the road the same day. He even gave me use of a loaner vehicle so I could wait at my hotel in comfort. I was able to get back on the road heading home within 4 hours of placing the phone call. I am so impressed with this shop and their high level of customer service. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and ready to help me get home to my family. I wish I had a repair shop like this in my hometown. Thank you for going above and beyond to get me back on the road in a safe and timely manner! I would highly recommend InMotion Auto to anyone that finds themselves in Lincoln NE.
