I had a slow leak in my tire and an appointment set up for 4 but brought it in a half hour early. Not only did they start my appointment sooner but they were also done around 4:15. The leak was in a spot that couldn't be repaired, but they did an amazing job explaining to me my options and pricing out the materials and labor. Best local auto business I've used. The staff are amazing and incredibly friendly and make every effort to make sure you're happy! Covid friendly and 100% would recommend!

Can't say enough good things about the crew at InMotion. I can't count the number of times their honesty and integrity have saved us hundreds. The latest example is our last visit, where I asked them to replace our fan motor blower, since it had been making a loud noise. They contacted me later, and informed me that a mouse was found in the blower, and after removing and testing the fan thoroughly, found it to be running fine. Over the last few years, they have demonstrated the same honesty and informed me that they found causes of issues that have cost us much less money than we were expecting. Many other places wouldn't bother to let us know, and just go ahead and replace the items like I originally thought was needed, making them more money, and costing us more money. So, when you take your car into InMotion with a problem you are not sure about, you can be sure that they will be honest with you, and let you know what really needs done to rectify the issue, and won't try to perform extra unnecessary work just to make more money, unless they talk to you first, and you want to have it done.

Honest and quick. Diagnosed radiator leak and had it replaced with new hoses and an extra leaking power steering hose in a few hours and delivered it back to our house. I enjoy the vehicle uploaded inspection results with photos. I feel like it's very comprehensive, reassuring, and it backs up their mechanical findings and recommendations. Very happy customer, would definitely return.

inMOTION is responsible for totaling my car. They left my windows down in the rain for 2+ days. ALL they had to do was take a battery to the car to roll the windows up to avoid my car from being flooded and totaled. I have pages and pages of documents, pictures and video evidence from my insurance company, mechanics and the other car shop that took over. They are 100% at fault & were also caught lying about the damage. I would never recommend anyone take their vehicle to inMOTION. To make matters worse they are refusing to give me their insurance information.

All their parts went bad after a year. They wanted to treat me like an ATM. All mechanics need cameras on them while they are working. They ripped off an old veteran, and I found out I did not need these parts at all. There are to many mechanics that are dishonest. You can not trust any of them any more, you always have to get 3 to 4 quotes. Be wary of 4 and 5 star ratings. Red flags if too many 5 stars Con artists are more reputable. You cannot trust these mechanics at all in my opinion. They can spot a victim very well I spent over $5000 on repairs that were not needed only after the fact did I know.

Good people willing to help out! After our interaction today, they earned a customer or two. Thank y’all again
