Both my experience and my wife’s experience here have been good. They’re always willing to accommodate requests, and are pretty honest and up front. The only problem I’ve had is that during my most recent oil change, my tire pressure monitor system wasn’t reset on my car so my sensors weren’t accurate and weren’t telling me which tire was which and what the pressure was on each, correctly. Also, my oil life wasn’t reset. This makes me worry a little bit that if two simple things like that are looked over, what might happen if I need big or costly repairs in the future? Also, if my tires were rotated correctly or if my oil change was even performed. When I emailed them about it and another issue, those things weren’t confronted and I was simply asked to make an appointment for the other non-related issue. They also “recommend” tons of additional services that won’t hurt your vehicle, but will definitely hurt your wallet as they aren’t all necessary. There was a time a few months back where apparently I had a leak in my A/C compressor that showed up in their inspection (my car had about 60,000 miles on it at that point). They recommended a leak test and recharge that would cost almost $200, and likely a new compressor that would’ve cost over $1,000 since apparently mine couldn’t be rebuilt. I took them telling me about that issue with a grain of salt, and low and behold, it was never mentioned again and never showed up on another inspection. Last, but not least, I had a tire leak once upon a time due to a nail in my tire. I took my car in to have the tire looked at and was told I’d need a brand new tire. That wasn’t the problem, because I had purchased the tires from them and I was covered under the road hazard protection or whatever warranty came with the tires and didn’t have to pay anything. The mechanic that worked on my car had an attitude with my wife when he was asked to put my spare on, as if I was supposed to drive around with a flat tire that had a nail in it. Just be wary of any mechanic. This place comes recommended from both of us. However, we prefer going to a dealership even if it does cost a little extra.
