They were great. Helped me get back on the road after the very specific problem I was having. Jared, thank you for dealing with me and my suspension issues. Brett, thank you for letting me adjust them after you took them off . Everything you guys did was amazing. If I ever break down in Lincoln again I know who to call. Thank you both. 10/10

Rarely have I found an auto shop.that is so responsive to my situation. Jared went over what needed to be done now and what should be done later, at what price. At that point I was able to align the repairs with my budget. The vehicle was picked up. Jared called regarding the service and then returned the vehicle when repairs were done. I LOVED the open communication and the understanding of the budget and how to make it work. You want to trust what is said and done, and inMotion is THE place to be trusted.

I took my son's truck in the shop for a leak, got the truck back and the engine light was on. Called the shop and they were talking about charging me more money once they found the problem. One, when I initially dropped the truck off their were no engine problems (mind you I am a black female with my teenage son). Two, come to find out the mechanic cut a cord which made the light come on. Initially I was charged 630 for the leak. Once my husband intervened they were talking a different ball game. They thought I was a single black female that could be taken advantage of, nope not in this lifetime. MECHANICS ARE CROOKS.
