Look, I know next to nothing about cars or how they run. I know when I need to put gas in, and I know that the rumbling in my engine wasn’t normal. After taking it to my typical low-budget, low-rated place in town that did nothing but charge me $100 for a diagnostics test, I took a chance on inMOTION after seeing that they had some availability. They let me drop my car off an entire day before they worked on it, which was great for my schedule. Turns out, you gotta check the oil in your car after the last place you took it to forgot to put the oil in. Go figure. However, I never felt ANY judgement from John, who I spent most of my time interacting with. Additionally, the master techs who worked on my car treated me like an adult instead of a scorned child, which is something I’d never experienced at my previous shop. When they found there were more problems under the surface that the last place missed, they were quick to solve the problem and order any parts they needed. Admittedly the initial bill was heftier than I was expecting, but these angels-in-disguise found a solution for me to make the bill something I could afford, and they never turned me away for being a broke 22 year old woman. In fact, I felt supported and encouraged and NEVER shamed for not being able to drop $$$ on a car. All in all, they took fantastic care of me, kept me updated on every single step, and presented me with a car that could’ve just rolled out of the factory. I will never return to my old “shop” and will ALWAYS spend the extra resources on this place. You get what you pay for, and I paid for a top-notch experience with a place that truly means “auto CARE”. If you are looking for a shop that will treat you like a valued customer and a human being, I cannot recommend this place enough!
