I had heard a different sound in my engine and called into in motion. They accepted my van that afternoon and had results to me the next morning. It was an extensive project and took them a week. I am in a wheelchair and unable to drive. They met my time bringing the van back at the end of the day. They went out of their way to help me and I was continually updated as to their progress. In the past they have been good for the little stuff but they were exceptional on the big project. And my sons said they thought in motion was in the ballpark on price

Truly a good auto shop. Every time I had a question they answered it, no hesitation to talk price and what they would recommend. Did end up taking over an hour longer than they told me, but understandable. I didn’t have my dad there to help me but I felt like I was in good hands. Also had to bring my pup because I couldn’t find a place for her to stay and they were SUPER nice about it. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent service. Tech was very honest and knowledgeable. Took in a used car I was looking at and they looked it over top to bottom and found many things I would not have considered. Additionally, provided photos and a phone conversation to understand possible cost to repair. Great service.
