I called in for estimate on replacing a caliper...they refused to give me an estimate over phone saying it varies from vehicle to vehicle. I gave him make and model of my truck but he still refused to give an estimate. I dont want to waste my time taking my truck there for something standard like that...I am wondering if they didnt want to give me estimate because their rates are not competitive. I called several other places and got an estimate over the phone with no proble.
