Every one is great. I was handled with courtesy and professionally. Repair work was done in a timely fashion. The cost wasso much less than the dealers. And I was educated about my car , what was going on and who things work. Excellent experience

Had an excellent experience with John at inMOTION. I was gifted an older SUV which, I discovered, was having battery problems. I had it towed to inMOTION based both on the number of positive reviews and on proximity to me. John and his team were very helpful. They discovered a number of other issues with the SUV, a few serious. John was very forthright. In response to my question on which of the issues were really pressing, he took a moment to think about it, and responded (paraphrased), "If it were my car, I would definitely do A and B, and I would also get C done just because it's so cheap to do, but I wouldn't necessarily feel the need to do D and E at this time." The honesty was huge for me. I will be going to inMOTION as much as possible for my car maintenance needs. Thanks John and team!

I wanted to like this place after reading the ratings. But a couple of things make me hesitate to go back. First, I dropped my car off in the early morning for a tune-up and a diagnostic for a non-working horn. 8 hours should have been enough time for such a service, and I needed my car after work. But after 8 hours all I had to show for it was a $150 diagnostic bill with no actual work done on the car, because the tech hadn't even started the tune-up when I got off work. Also, I didn't appreciate John the service advisor, who kept trying to shut me down when I had questions about the $1100 quote for the faulty horn. He talked to me like I was a fool for asking reasonable questions about the charge. $1100 is a lot of money. Don't patronize your customers when they hesitate at the cost. I'm not planning on going back to complete the job. I'm sure there are places that can do it in a prompt and professional manner and without condescension.
