Chris and InMotion Auto Care has always been a great experience for all of my vehicles. They have been my go-to shop here in town!

Concierge driver to and from work is always an A+ service with In Motion whenever you car breaks down or just need a tune up. No need to get a rental! Their prices are significantly cheaper than dealerships, sometimes hundreds compared to thousands, and comparable to other local businesses. The jobs are always well done, clean, and trustworthy. They take the time to detail exactly what they would like to do, itemize each aspect of it, and tell you what is most important, in order, if you don’t have the funds to pay for everything. They don’t tack on a lot of extras, and they routinely stick to three principles: Fix the problem Fix the cause of the problem/the next problem to happen Suggest 1 fix/service to get the most of your car. For example, I just had a coil go wrong, so I replaced all 4 coils, and got a fuel injection to help them last longer, as well as other parts of my car.

Great Care, looking out for the customer, with reason and common sense on what is needed and not, thank you for taking great care of us and our vehicles.

These guys were great...not only did they get the car in and finish it in a timely fashion, their evaluation of my auto gave me a clear road map on what needed to be done to keep it in top working order. Customer service was fantastic!! I highly recommend them...and intend to return next week for an oil change!!

Very convenient phone or online scheduling and over-the-top customer service. Free courtesy vehicle is a life-saver. Add texted updates and links to inspection reports (with photos), and this place operates exactly how I would want a 21st century auto mechanic to operate. However, pricing is on the high end, and shop does not have weekend hours. Also, following a tire rotation and alignment here, my tires were blatantly out of balance and I had to return for a separate appointment to balance them. There is a small possibility that initial service caused the imbalance, but even accepting that most likely it just became apparent when a rear tire was moved to the front -- a proper test drive would have revealed this. The balancing should have been recommended before releasing the vehicle, in my opinion.

I am new in Lincoln. When I have gotten some issues with my car I did not know where to find a good place to fix it. I have noticed that it is a place with the name inMotion Auto Care very close to the place where I live. Unfortunately, my neighbor, talked me out of using that place motivating that their service is very expensive. He recommended 6to6 auto ( I guess he has had some kind of personal interest in referral). I regret I went there. My car started driving worse after the repair. So I was not looking for any other places and came to inMotion Auto Care. The personnel is very friendly and polite. The job has been done at a very high professional level and fast. My car was ready on the very same day. They also have given me a $ 75 discount with the coupon they send by mail. I have found a place where I am going to take my car. I also would like to note: the whole facility is very clean and neat, waiting room cozy and has beverages and magazines. Especially a would like to express my gratitude to the manager Jared McPike and Kyle. They treat their customers with kindness and respect. If you looking for a good mechanic - inMotion is your place!
